Retail & Refund Policy
Within the UAE:
Customers can cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it. If they cancel within this 6-hour window, they are eligible for a full refund. They just need to contact us by phone or email to process the refund.
Within the Gulf Countries:
No refunds are available after the order is placed, except if the customer cancels within the same 6-hour window. In that case, we can process the refund just like for UAE orders.
